As part of Cummins’ ongoing commitment to building a more connected, efficient, and future-ready supply chain, we are preparing to launch Ivalua, our new global e-Sourcing platform.
To help you prepare for this change, we are sharing the following key information:
Supplier Training Details
Cummins will provide training materials and guidance to ensure suppliers can easily navigate Ivalua and respond to sourcing events. These resources will include:
- Step-by-step instructions for submitting quotations
- Guidance on downloading and uploading pricing templates
- Navigation support for viewing events, deadlines, and messages
- Best practices for maintaining supplier profiles and documentation
- How to manage sourcing contacts
Training content will be available in the Supplier Portal (https://supplier.cummins.com) by the go-live date of April 27th, 2026.
Login and RFx Invites Information
After go-live, suppliers will receive login details only when events are published. No advance, supplier-wide emails will be sent ahead of any events.
At that point, suppliers will also receive RFx invitations to submit proposals via emails generated directly from the Ivalua system.

Mandatory Use of Ivalua
Beginning on go-live (April 27, 2026), all Direct Materials suppliers will be required to submit quotations and collaborate on sourcing events exclusively through the Ivalua platform. We understand that adopting a new tool requires adjustment, and we are committed to supporting you through this transition. To allow time for familiarization, we expect all suppliers to be fully using the system within 90 days of launch.
Using Ivalua will bring important benefits for both our suppliers and Cummins teams, including:
- Full visibility into event content, event status and timelines
- Standardized and auditable sourcing processes
- Data consistency for both suppliers and Cummins teams
- Faster, clearer, and more transparent communication
To ensure these benefits are realized, Ivalua will become the single accepted channel for submitting RFQ responses and collaborating on sourcing activities.
