Cummins Supplier Portal: Upcoming Authentication Changes

 

Effective May 11, 2026, the Cummins Supplier Portal (https://supplier.cummins.com) will transition to Salesforce Identity and Access Management (SFIAM) for authenticating external users accessing the secure side of the portal.

Scheduled Downtime

To facilitate this transition, the portal will be unavailable on Friday, May 8, 2026.

Information for Suppliers

For Suppliers with Existing Secure Access

If your supplier profile has already transitioned and you currently have access to the secure side of the portal, you will receive an email on Monday, May 11, prompting you to create a new password in SFIAM.

For Suppliers Requesting Secure Access

If you do not have access to the secure side, you may request it via the Contact Us form on the portal. Please provide the following information:

  • Reason for Help Request: Select “Register for New Access.”
  • Application: Select “Cummins Supplier Portal.”

  • Company Name

  • Complete Physical Address

  • Supplier Number

  • First Name, Last Name

  • Job Role

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Cummins Main Point of Contact Name and Email Address

  • Reason for Secure Access

Your Cummins contact will review and approve your access request.

Information for Cummins Employees

Cummins personnel using “@cummins.com” credentials should select the Employee login option, which supports single sign-on (SSO) authentication.
