Dear Supplier,
We are aware that some supplier email systems are currently blocking or bouncing emails sent from Ivalua due to spam or security filters (e.g., “access denied” or spam filtering).
To ensure you continue receiving critical communications—such as sourcing events, notifications, and system messages—we kindly ask you to add the Ivalua email address/domain to your approved (safe sender / allow) list.
All system notifications from the Cummins Supplier Portal will be sent from the email address [email protected].
Please take the following action:
•    Add [email protected] to your email safe senders list / whitelist, and
•    Check with your IT team to ensure emails from this address are not blocked or sent to spam
If your organization uses a centralized IT or security team to manage email filtering, please forward this request to them for support.
Why this is important Missing Ivalua emails may result in:

From an overview of the ISPM 15 regulations (International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures) to reviewing the basics of Corrosion Prevention, the supplier will be reminded of ways to ensure the packaging system design is ready to survive the shipping and handling environment. You will also learn how to complete the Packaging Data Sheet, a critical activity that reviews the package system for compliance with Global Packaging Standards.

Cummins requires ALL suppliers to comply with the notification requirements associated with post PPAP process or product changes for all direct material supplied to CMI.
