This section will guide the supplier through critical areas to help them understand our expectations. From an overview of the ISPM 15 regulations (International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures) to reviewing the basics of Corrosion Prevention, the supplier will be reminded of ways to ensure the packaging system design is ready to survive the shipping and handling environment. You will also learn how to complete the Packaging Data Sheet, a critical activity that reviews the package system for compliance with Global Packaging Standards.

Products manufactured by Cummins may have end use in military applications.  Those products may be subject to Federal Acquisitions Regulation 52.246-2 “Inspection of Supplies-Fixed-Price.”  Contact your Category Manager to determine the applicability to your company’s supplied components. Any components used on V903 or the AMMPS/BEAR products in PSBU are affected.
