Direct Material Order Schedule Confirmation

PSBU - Fridley plant only (generators and Accelera contract manufacturing):

To verify the supplier's commitment to meeting our material order schedule, the PSBU - Fridley plant has created an Order Schedule Confirmation Report (OSCR).

It will be emailed to the appropriate suppliers using the following email characteristics:

• sender (either) --------- CPSF Materials Admin or ACF Materials Admin
• subject line ---- OSCR [Supplier Name]. (Site ID)[Date]
• attachment ---- an MS Excel spreadsheet will be attached

What is required of the suppliers is to fill out the information in the columns (col-H-K) for:

1. Confirmed delivery dates
2. Shipped / shipping dates
3. Tracking information (if in transit)
4. Vendor comments
